Adult Retreat Center (The ARC)

  • 12–22 occupants on main floor
  • 12 occupants in cabin style bunks in the basement
  • per night: $300

 The ARC is the nicest housing facility available and is reserved for college-age
and above (>18 years). The main floor offers six bedrooms, each with a private
bath. Each room has one single and one double bed with matching dressers. There is
a lounge and two round tables to accommodate small meetings. The lounge has three sofas and a kitchenette that allows you to cook your own meals. Included in the rental is a basement that has a large meeting area. There is a cabin style area in the basement with 6 bunk beds. Food service is available for groups with over 30 participants.

Included with the rental is the following: two hours of gym time, use of the grounds, exclusive use of a fire ring area, limited parking around the facility, and 24 hour customer service. Larger meeting rooms are available at additional costs.

Note: If you rent both the ARC and MRC, a larger meeting room is included at no additional cost. Basement is handicap accessible.

Memorial Retreat Center (The MRC)
• 25–30 occupants
• per night: $375

The MRC is the perfect facility for an average youth group or a nice, small-group getaway. The building offers seven bedrooms, three full baths, and one half bath. Provided in various combinations in those rooms are nine single bunk beds, five bunk beds with a lower double bed and a pull-out trundle, and one double bed. This building has a lounge that can serve as a meeting room, and an attached kitchenette with a fireplace. The kitchenette provides the opportunity for your group to do your own meals.

There are two decks off of the front and rear of the building, and an outdoor fire ring close to the rear deck.

Included with the rental is the following: two hours of gym time, use of the grounds, exclusive use of the fire ring area, and 24 hour customer service. Larger meeting rooms are available at additional costs. Camp food service is available for groups with over 30 participants.

Note: If you rent both the ARC and MRC, a larger meeting room is included at no additional cost. Handicap accessible.

The Large Cabin Circle
• 54 occupants, 3 cabins
• per night: $400

The large cabin circle includes the following: three cabins with an individual occupancy of 18, two hours of gym time, use of the grounds, exclusive fire ring area, 24 hour customer service, and a large meeting room assigned by camp staff. They are conveniently located near the ARC and the Lodge. Use of our food service is required.

The cabins are perfect for housing a youth group or an adult group that is young at heart. There are nine bunks in each cabin with attached bathrooms that include a toilet, two sinks and one shower stall.

Unloading gear at the cabins is permitted, but parking is limited to the gym lot.

The Small Cabin Circles (two available)
• 56 occupants, 4 cabins
• per night: $400 each circle

The small cabin circles include the following: four cabins with an individual occupancy of 14, two hours of gym time, use of the grounds, exclusive fire ring area, 24 hour customer service, and a meeting room assigned by camp staff. The cabins are perfect for housing a youth group or an adult group that is young at heart. There are seven bunks in each cabin with attached bathrooms that include a toilet, two sinks and a two shower room.

Unloading gear at the cabins is permitted, but parking is limited to the gym lot.

Single Cabin

A cabin is available for rent, at $150.00 per weekend. It is a cabin that is separate from the cabin circles, cabin #5. It is included at no charge with the rental of both small cabin circles.

The Yurt Circle
• 42 occupants, 3 yurts
• per night: $50
• only available Fall and Spring

The Yurts are replicas of the Mongolian “Tee-Pee” and include the following: three yurts each with an occupancy of 14, two hours of gym time, use of the grounds, exclusive fire ring area, 24 hour customer service. They are conveniently located near the ARC and the Lodge.
Use of our food service is required. The yurts are perfect for housing an adventurous group that is not afraid to experience nature. There are seven bunks in each yurt with near-by port-a-pots.
Unloading gear at the yurts is permitted, but parking is limited to the gym lot.

Outpost
• Tent camping with shelter
• per night: $50
• only available Fall and Spring

The Outpost simulates the rustic experience and includes the following: three outpost structures, grassy area to pitch tents, exclusive fire ring area, and 24 hour customer service. We recommend you cook your food over the fire to create the true Outpost experience, but our food service is available for groups with 30 or more. Port-a- pots are near-by along with many trees.

Unloading gear with an off road vehicle is permitted, but parking is limited to the gym lot. It is a beautiful one mile hike from downtown camp to Outpost.

The entire camp includes all the facilities that are available for rental and includes unlimited gym time. This does not include food service or activities that need trained camp staff (hay rides, trail rides, paint ball, ropes facilitation).
